  • We are only 4. Can we still book an activity or a package?
    Smaller groups can also book with us. Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will prepare an individual offer for your group.
  • How do we get the hotel address?
    The hotel address will be sent by e-mail. There is a so-called info card with the hotel address as a part of some packages. You will receive it after your arrival.
  • In which hotel are we accommodated? We would like to have the accommodation you present in the photos on your website.
    All photos are real and correspond to reality. Let us know about your ideas (or special wishes) you have. If the accommodation we present on our website is fully booked, we will find a similar alternative for your group.
  • We will arrive earlier at Prague. Is the early check-in possible?
    Earlier check-in is usually not possible. Check-in in hotels is usually at 2pm and in apartments at 3pm or 4pm. If you arrive earlier, your luggage can be stored at the reception.
  • Is a late check-out possible?
    Late check-out is usually not possible. However, in some hotels or apartments late check-out can be arranged at an extra fee. If you leave later, your luggage will be stored at the reception.
  • Are parking spaces included in the price?
    We will be happy to book the parking space(s) for you. However, you will pay for it directly in the hotel or to the host.
  • What time do the activities start?
    In most cases, you can choose the time of the beginning of the activity. Then we will put your programme together. However, some activities (such as Medieval Tavern) start at fixed times.
  • Do the activities take place in any weather?
    Yes. Exceptions for outdoor activities can be applied for days when it is raining heavily or in case of a strong wind. If something similar happens, we will try to find alternatives for your group.
  • Can we do some activities on one day and the rest on the other day?
    Yes, sure. Let us know what your programme (which activity on which day) should look like and we’ll put your programme together.
  • How do we recognize the guide?
    During the week before your arrival, we will send you our guide’s mobile number. He / she will contact you (usually via WhatsApp) before you arrive at South Bohemia.
  • Do your guides speak German?
    Our guides speak either German, English or Russian.
  • How do we recognize the driver?
    During the week before your arrival, we will send you our driver’s mobile number. He will contact you shortly before picking you up from the hotel / restaurant / bus or train station etc.
  • Can the guide or (limo) driver pick us up from the city centre instead of from the hotel?
    Yes, sure. Just let us know where we should pick up your group. If you book Lincoln limousine, we need to discuss the address with the limousine driver first. After that we can confirm if the limousine is allowed to park at the address you specify or not.
  • We do not require transfer in the package. Can we still book the package?
    Yes. Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will prepare an individual offer for your group.
  • Can we choose a stripper in advance?
    Yes. We offer a range of strippers and we can send photos of some of them. Unfortunately, we aren’t allowed to forward photos of all our strippers to our clients and we must respect this fact. Just let us know what the stripper should look like and we will do our best to meet your expectations.
  • Where does the dinner take place?
    We do not want to reveal the names of all the restaurants we offer. It is our trade secret. All restaurants are centrally located, usually in the city centre. If you really want to know where exactly they are located, write us an e-mail.
  • We have a vegetarian in our group. Would he / she find something suitable to eat for him / her?
    Yes. Every vegetarian will definitely find something tasty for him / her in all our restaurants. We also offer some activities (e.g. Medieval Tavern) with a vegetarian option.
  • How do we get the photos from the photo-shoot?
    After editing your photos, our photographer will electronically send you a link where you can easily download all photos.
  • Can we choose the photo locations ourselves?
    Yes. Just let us know where the photo shoot should take place. Then we will inform our photographer. If you do not know where it should take place, we are happy to advise you.
  • Can we bring our own alcohol on the ships or boats?
    No. It is undesirable and unacceptable to bring your own bottles on board. You can buy alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on all our ships and boats.
  • Your package appeals to us but instead of one activity we would like to do another one. Is it possible?
    Yes, no problem. Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will prepare an individual offer for your group.
  • We would like to book your package but we do not want to do one activity. Can we book the package without this activity?
    Contact us by phone or e-mail and we will prepare an individual offer for your group.
  • Can we cancel programme for one person if he / she is ill?
    Cancellations in the programme (including reductions in the number of people) are allowed not later than 30 days before your arrival. See the terms and conditions.
  • Can we reduce the number of people or book one extra person on the day of arrival?
    Cancellations in the programme (including reductions in the number of people) are allowed not later than 30 days before your arrival. See the terms and conditions. Should one person or more people arrive than expected, please let us know as soon as possible. For example some ships, cars are only for a certain number of people and we would like to avoid any inconvenience in advance.
  • Who can we call if something happens?
    During the week before your arrival we will send you our guide’s and / or driver’s mobile number. If anything happens (e.g. delay etc.), get in touch with them (the guide, driver, or event manager).
  • Do we have to pay the deposit in advance or can we pay on arrival?
    A deposit is required from each group. For last minute bookings, the total sum can be exceptionally paid on arrival.
  • Whom do we pay the balance?
    You will pay the balance either to the guide or the driver. You will be informed about this in the e-mail.
  • Can we pay the balance in EUR?
    Yes. Either in EUR or in Czech crowns.
  • Can we pay in pubs, bars, restaurants or shops in EUR or do we have to have Czech crowns?
    We recommend having Czech crowns with you in any case. You cannot pay in EUR everywhere in South Bohemia.
